I will be at the National Centre for Writing, Dragon Hall, Norwich in the Authors salon chatting about self publishing and promoting my Secret Garden meditation and personal development book which was shortlisted in 2024 for the non fiction Ink Book Prize. There will be talks throughout the day, stalls to buy books and opportunities to speak with publishers and authors. Entry is free
