This group is for for those who would like learn how to make alterations or start a sewing project - from clothing to household. This is not a basic skills class so some sewing skills are needed. I will teach you how to fix things, cut out things and sew things!! All by hand. You can then take home and sew on your machine once the prep has been done. We will tackle many different projects depending on the group ability and desires. So bring your project and i will show the whole group how to make it work!! Anything from making curtains, putting in zips, cutting from patterns - and maybe even making patterns!! This is not an upcycling group! But I can show you how to use existing fabrics for your project if needed. Bring your own materials. £20 per person. 6 places available.
